Data Line Protection
1147/1148 Series
The 1147/1148 Series suppressor modules offer multiple data line protection against destructive transients caused by lightning and other data line disturbances. This series is available in 2-wire (1147) and 4-wire (1148) models.
The 1147/1148 Series suppresses positive and negative transients. The units in this series have two stage protection and nanosecond response times. Plus, they have Barrier Strips for easy installation.
The 1147/1148 Series suppressors are ideal for instrumentation, computers, or other peripherals, and are generally used for the protection of RS232, 422, 423,485, and 20ma loops.
